Welcome to Matcha Tennis ("Matcha," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Matcha Tennis mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Matcha Tennis helps players discover, compare, and book tennis courts by displaying publicly available court availability from third-party reservation platforms and local facilities. Matcha Tennis may also offer tools for partner matching, event discovery, and social features within the app.

• Availability Display: We aggregate and show court availability from public data sources to simplify discovery.
• Booking: When you book, the process occurs on the third-party provider's website using an embedded WKWebView. We never store or process your payment details.
• Community Features: Messaging, profiles, and notifications are provided as convenience features for tennis players.

3. Third-Party Court Reservation Platforms

Matcha Tennis aggregates and displays publicly accessible court-availability data from various third-party reservation systems and booking platforms.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms or any specific facility.
• All court data, availability, and pricing originate from those providers and may change without notice.
• Matcha Tennis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
• All reservations are completed directly with the provider through its official interface.
• Matcha Tennis does not automate bookings, collect user credentials for those platforms, or interfere with their systems.

If you are a reservation platform or facility and believe your data is being used in a way inconsistent with your terms of service, please contact us at matchatennis@sudomail.com and we will review and, if necessary, remove or modify your data feed.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Matcha Tennis, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• Refrain from attempting to access or modify Matcha's backend systems;
• Respect the terms and policies of any third-party reservation platform when booking courts;
• Provide accurate information when creating your Matcha Tennis profile.

You may not use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute data without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All Matcha Tennis branding, design, and original content are owned by Ziyuan Zhu. Third-party trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

6. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Matcha Tennis is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any third-party reservation system, club, or municipality. Displaying their availability data does not imply partnership or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or reliability of any information displayed through the Service, including third-party data. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matcha Tennis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to booking errors, lost opportunities, or data inaccuracies.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links or embedded web views to third-party websites (including booking platforms). Your interactions with those websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use periodically; the latest version will always be available at matchatennis.com/terms-of-use. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
